The Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs is Northeastern's chief academic and its second ranking officer, with broad responsibility for oversight of all educational and research programs as well as the faculty.
The current Provost is Stephen Director (2008- ). Some publications in this community were produced during the tenure of previous Provosts.
